Such a variety of models is due to the detached development of separate scientific branches, and each of branches has its own image of a person, main demands and logic of behaviour. Common faults of these models are narrow specialization, contradiction and descriptive character that make impossible their application for system concept of economic processes. It is necessary to create new universal theoretical base that will allow combining separate models in one perfect system.
This article is about the insolvency of “economical human” traditional model. There is an alternative method: it is suggested to implement a complex human model. This human must be conscientious, spiritual, and able to form and correct his preferences. This model is recommended for implementation in firm managerial system structures, thanks to which increasing efficiency goal will find an ethic context.
